- Implement organic social strategy across brand's social media portfolio, based on content and channel goals established in partnership with client.
- Build editorial calendars for brand's social channels, recommending well-informed posting cadences
- Develop and maintain a culture and industry calendar, consisting of culturally relevant moments that may influence brand's content month over month
- Support the Asset/Community Manager in publishing approved content across brand's social platforms, ensuring proofing and spec alignment before final handoff
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations for future content
- Lead content briefings alongside clients
- Efficiently develop briefs for partner agencies and content creators in collaboration with the client team and wider ATTN: team
- Oversee and manage partner agencies in all content development (operating as a swiss army knife strategist, project manager and producer)
- Draft copy (in-content and post copy) for all social content
- Partner with creative and design leads to execute bespoke content requests
- Help develop and implement brand tone of voice and point of view across social
- Flawlessly execute real-time amplification requests against the initiative's under your remit, including events and sponsorships
- Support development of campaign reporting
- Capture content performance and compile into comprehensive reports
- Translate findings into key learnings and actionable content optimization opportunities
- Liaise directly with clients to address timely requests and communicate strategic and creative recommendations
- Present content plans (strategy, concept, copy, designs) to client, and address feedback as needed
- Partner with key client POC to ensure client is aware of project status at all times
- Leverage ATTN: ethos and best practices across all content and deliverables
- 4-5+ years of creative agency, in-house, or relevant social media marketing experience
- Experience with complex brand work, where navigating multiple levels of stakeholder approvals on a fast timeline is commonplace.
- Expert knowledge of the social media space, inclusive of best practices and key metrics. Sprinkr experience required.
- Proficient writer for social content, solid aesthetic sense and ability to provide creative direction
- Eagerness to test and learn while not compromising integrity or quality of content, brand voice, or social platform styles
- Ability to make strategic judgment calls on interim project work while simultaneously supporting the build of a larger strategic vision
- Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for creative best practices
- Highly organized with a proven ability to manage several workflows at once
- Strong problem solving skills to help find win-win solutions for the client and agency as challenges arise
- Experience managing influencer campaigns with a strong acumen for what makes an influencer a great fit
- Proven and pristine verbal and written communication skills including client email and phone etiquette
- Ability to stand in front of a client with comfort in presenting and handling client business as a lead point of contact
- Excited to be in a fast-paced startup environment with a fun, collaborative and energetic team
- Experience in telecom, sponsorships or product launches a plus
- Willingness to travel to oversee content capture at top tier sponsorships and events

What We're Looking For:
We have an immediate need for an experienced and passionate Social Media Manager with a well-rounded skill set to join our rapidly growing agency team. You will be responsible for leading social content strategy and execution for a high impact, fortune 500 client with a number of high profile sponsorships. The successful candidate will use their strategic social media prowess to realize polished and impactful content in a timely manner, working seamlessly with various ATTN: team members, client stakeholders, and partner agencies. The ideal candidate is both a big-picture strategic thinker and a cultural expert in social media. This will initially be a six month contract, with the potential to extend upon agency's contract renewal with the client.
