    Responsibilities
    • Meet new business production goals and objectives in a metrics-based environment.
    • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
    • Call, text and email prospective customers.
    • Use various marketing channels including social media to generate leads.
    • Become a trusted advisor and educator.
    • Help people protect their assets and their families.

    Requirements
    • Property & Casualty insurance license is required. If you are not currently licensed we will assist you in becoming licensed and pay for the cost of your study materials and licensing fees.
    • Be proactive, persuasive, persistent, enthusiastic.
    • Possess a high work ethic and high standards.
    • Be a person others like to be around.
    • Be cool with hearing the word "no."
    • Communicate effectively and be a strong negotiator.
