- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner and processing time sensitive documents
- Carrying out administrative duties such as all attorney correspondence, dispute correspondence, certified mail processing, copying, filing, etc.
- Multitasking while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Must take initiative to work individually and in a team environment
- Attention to detail for accurate information reporting into the database software system for further use in the recovery process
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience
- Microsoft Excel (Basic; need to have used it, but no formulas/tables experience)
