As a job placement specialist for employees at the Employment Agency, you will advise and support our clients on all topics related to the job market, whether it's about career development, changing jobs, or returning to work.

Your tasks and responsibilities


With us, you will support job seekers in integrating into the workforce by providing information about professions or helping with interview preparation.

You will work together with your clients to develop new career perspectives or opportunities for further education and make decisions regarding further support.

With your empathy and understanding of people, you will recognize and promote the potential of your clients.

  • You will independently advise and support a fixed customer base in close collaboration with your team. You will actively participate in filling job positions.
