Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible for sales revenue
  • Leading a young team (11 employees)
  • Threeyear planning
  • Reporting to the board of directors
  • Various control functions
  • Implementation of new software

Your qualifications/skills:


  • Several years of experience in sales management
  • Indepth technical knowledge of metal products (turning, milling, cold extrusion)
  • Industry knowledge (automotive industry, fasteners)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong assertiveness and confident demeanor
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ideally, experience in implementing new software
