- Proven experience in nursing administration or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- Experience in home health or longterm care settings is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop care plans based on individual patient needs
