LHH is seeking an Operations Associate to join our dynamic team within the Annuity Insurance Department. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Annuity Insurance Department with operational, administrative, and customer service tasks.
• Execute daily processing tasks, including journal entries, account management, and payment processing.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders via email, fax, and phone.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, financial professionals, and partner institutions.
• Conduct account calculations and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Conduct research on customer accounts and provide necessary assistance.
• Provide phone support for departmental inquiries.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in an office environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with the Financial Services Industry and its operational processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
