    Summary:
    Maximize profitability of their store. Supervise and coordinate activities of Assistant Coach(es) in your specific location. Duties may include management functions and personnel work


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for your specific store
    • Direct and supervise Assistant Coaches in oversite of Team Members
    • Monitor sales activities to ensure that store is meeting goals by providing exceptional service and quality goods
    • Oversee Assistant Coach(es) in hiring, training, assigning duties, evaluating team members, promoting, coaching or terminating when appropriate
    • Responsible for hiring, training, assigning duties, coaching and evaluating Assistant Coach(es)
    • Enforce safety, health, security rules, OSHA compliance, and loss prevention in your specific location
    • Plan and facilitate monthly team meetings
    • Provide guest service by greeting and assisting and responding to inquiries or complaints
    • Keep appropriate personnel informed of known actions, which may affect the ability to successfully perform assignments or adversely affect company operations
    • Fully understands duties and monitors responsibilities of an Assistant Coach
    • Other duties as assigned by District Manager or Executive Management
    $61,000 - $83,000 Annually

    Requirements


    Qualifications:
    Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements):


    • Bachelor's degree (B.A) from four-year College or University or Associates degree with additional retail or pawn experience
    • 2-4 years of manager or director experience

    Knowledge:

    • Point of sales systems
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

    • Must maintain valid/unrestricted driver's license at all times
    • Eligible to obtain any special state required licenses and/or certificates as required by law or the company
    • Must maintain eligibility to be a responsible person on FFL license

    Lifting Requirements:
