Our company owns and operates several residential garage door service companies located in Nevada, Arizona, California, Oklahoma, Colorado, Washington, Texas, Kansas City, Minnesota, Missouri, Tennessee, Illinois and Florida. We also have a plumbing business in Nevada.

Position: Customer Service Representative (Full Time)

Schedule Needing to be filled:

Friday-Tuesday (Friday, Monday and Tuesday 10:00am-7:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm)

Location: In office (NOT REMOTE) Henderson, NV 89015

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Scheduling and booking appointments in a timely manner, accordingly to urgency and restrictions. This includes rescheduling appointments if needed.
Prioritizing an easy and successful route for our garage door technicians by gathering all information when booking calls.
Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, or procedures.
Addressing customer questions and resolving any concerns.
Taking payments and guiding customers through financing options.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 or older.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Need to be available to work on weekends.
Previous experience in customer service.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling appointments and data entry.
Fast typing skills, proficient computer skills, and familiarity with standard office software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
Self-starter, team player, and problem solver with a positive and energetic attitude.
Quickbooks experience is a plus.
