Top rated specialty medical group in Reseda & West Lake Village, CA has an immediate opening for a Limited X-ray Technician Medical Back Office.

Position is working all X-rays/back office in an Orthopedic Medical Group.

Summary:

Job Title:
X-ray Tech

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 32 hours a week

Location:
Reseda & West Lake Village, CA.

Pay Rate:
$25-$26 p/hour

Responsibilities:

Provide high quality diagnostic radiographs with digital radiography system.
Practice radiation safety precautions to maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients.
Thoroughly explain xray procedures to the patient and any accompanying member with the patient.
Assist in transferring and positioning patients to ensure comfort during procedure and quality radiographs.
Enter patient information into EMR for interpretation by the Orthopaedic Surgeons and complying with HIPPA guidelines to protect patient data privacy.
Adhere to scheduled, and able to accommodate unscheduled tasks to complete work in a timely and professional manner.
