Full Time Medical Receptionist/Phone Operator for Neurosurgery Group

Pay:
$22.00- $23.00 per hour DOE

  • Friday 8am4:30pm

Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, maintaining eye contact upon entering the center.
  • Handle incoming calls and directs them appropriately.
  • Exhibit friendliness and courtesy in interactions with patients and coworkers.
  • Efficiently manage patient checkins, appointment scheduling, and demographic verification.
  • Collect copays and handle financial transactions with accuracy.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient information confidentiality.
  • Inform patients of any appointment delays and manage concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front office, ensuring all supplies are wellstocked.
  • Print office charges, attach registration and insurance card along with the authorization and prep for the billers.
  • Put Post Op memos on surgical patient's accounts
  • Make sure hospital charges are organized and prep for the billers
