Job Summary:
As the Second-In-Command/Head of Operations, your primary daily objective will be aiding and assisting in the overall growth of Winsupply Chattanooga TN Co.
This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a positive experience for both customers and staff, playing a key role in the continued success of our company.
Job Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the President to develop and execute strategic plans.
Oversee and manage various departments, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Participate in key decision-making processes related to business development and operations.
Act as a liaison between the President and other team members, fostering a positive work environment while encouraging productivity.
Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the achievement of daily, monthly, and yearly goals.
Support the training and development of each team member.
Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to maximize our Profit Sharing pool (annual bonus) and impact our Local Company Share Price and quarterly Dividend payouts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse, wholesale, supply chain, and HVAC operations (especially HVAC experience) is a significant plus.
Ability to lead day-to-day operations as the second-in-command to the owner, Kevin.
Understanding of financial performance and the ability to recommend improvement strategies.
Commitment to fostering a positive work environment and encouraging productivity.
Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

$65,000 - $75,000 (local to Chattanooga), based on experience and qualifications.
