    We're looking for a Director of Operations to join our growing team. The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operational success of the SBO Specialty Departments and will provide strategic leadership and development.     In this role, you will:

    Director of Operations will oversee EPIC Billing Operations and provide strategic leadership and direction. In this role you will also ensure the development of each assigned Specialty Team and continue to drive excellence and quality within processes.

    You will bring value to the team by:
    • Demonstrating behavior that represents MedSrv's mission
    • Foster collaborative relationships with clients, vendors, co-workers, and leadership
    • Planning and monitoring of day-to-day operations and align initiatives with the strategic vision of MedSrv
    • Supervising staff of 200+: Managers, Supervisors and Team Members
    • Become an expert in process to drive improvements
    • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data/metrics
    • Primarily work onsite with possibility of some remote work
    • Reports to and assists MedSrv VP Operations
    Requirements you must have for success:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or Healthcare related field and/or
    • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in management related to healthcare operations.

    Language Skills:

    Ability to: read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos; write and present information to leadership, vendors, clients, and other employees of the organization.

    Mathematical Skills:

    Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Have the ability to compare rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret various graphs.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to: deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations; plan, organize, delegate, and prioritize work; provide clear and effective direction to staff; communicate effectively orally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships with MedSrv departments, vendors, other businesses, and our clients; Must be able to multi-task.

    Physical Demands:

    You may be required to lift between 30-50lbs at times. Limited.
