A Client of Insight Global's is actively looking for a Director of HR Operations to join their team onsite in Chattanooga, TN (HQ). This is not your traditional HR role as it pertains to disciplinary actions/employee relations. This role is heavily centered around succession planning, change management, payroll supervision, and analysis related to organizational trends. This individual will assist in the administration of both their annual audit processes and IRS audits, as well as overseeing onboarding as this is a part of their payroll functionality. This individual will report directly to the VP of HR and have 3 Direct Reports - 1 HR Specialist, 1 HR Administrator, and 1 onsite payroll manager and have 25 indirect reports entailing 3 regional HR directors (assist them with day-to-day employee relations). A successful candidate will take ownership of their HR Programs, be solutions-oriented, process -driven, and possess strong communication skills.
