- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business to articulate company highlights and objectives clearly to prospective customers.
- Serve as the primary and secondary point of contact for customers regarding contracts and programs, ensuring smooth negotiation and execution processes.
- Assist in structuring and negotiating a variety of agreements, including commercial and defense contracts and mutual NDAs.
- Coordinate the internal process of sending RFQs to the estimating team, conducting internal reviews, and facilitating communication with customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to develop accurate quotes and facilitate contract execution.
- Provide support in contract reviews and contribute to project management for small to medium-sized projects after PO award.
- Assist in the preparation of yearly sales reports to evaluate performance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company with professionalism and expertise during customer meetings and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and promote our offerings.
- Offer valuable insights and suggestions for strategic Sales & Marketing direction based on your market knowledge and customer interactions.
- Review and deliver presentations effectively, in person or virtually, to convey key messages and drive engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales support, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of business concepts, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A willingness to travel occasionally to customer meetings and trade shows.
- Easily adapt to new organizations / technical environments.
- Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines, policies and laws determined by the Company, state, and federal authorities.
- Willingness to travel if required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Aerospace experience preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Frequently required to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
- Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
- Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds.
- Work on Specialized equipment.

SUMMARY: Join our team as a Sales Engineer at a leading digital aerospace component manufacturer. In this role, you'll support the Sales, Engineering and Marketing Teams, fostering strong relationships, promoting seamless client communication, and providing technical expertise.
Responsibilities include understanding our business to present company objectives and representing the company at customer meetings and trade shows to advocate for our products and service solutions.
The role involves assisting in negotiating various agreements, such as commercial and defense contracts and mutual NDAs through internal RFQ processes. Upon PO receipt, the Sales Engineer acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution through to completion.
