    Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Executive


    Overview:
    Focused on the commercial HVAC industry, this role centers around generating sales for both service contracts and project-based work.

    The Sales Executive will be instrumental in creating and nurturing long-term relationships with facility managers, ensuring a steady pipeline of business through strategic sales initiatives.

    From initial contact to project completion, this position requires a customer-first mentality, meticulous project management, and a commitment to achieving sales excellence.


    Responsibilities:
    Spearhead the acquisition of new service contracts and project sales by targeting commercial and industrial HVAC opportunities.
    Craft and deliver compelling, tailored sales proposals to both prospective and existing clients, maximizing profitability.
    Establish and nurture long-term relationships with facility managers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their objectives.
    Manage the entire project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction, adherence to timelines, and compliance with specifications.
    Anticipate the evolving needs of clients and proactively offer solutions that enhance their HVAC system efficiency and reliability.
    Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively negotiating contracts and closing deals.

    Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues throughout the project.

    Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met with precision.
    Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform management and adjust sales strategies accordingly.


    Requirements:
    In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and a proven track record in sales within this sector.
    Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with facility managers, demonstrating understanding of their challenges and needs.
    Proven success in developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
    Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
    A local and stable work history, reflecting a deep commitment to the commercial HVAC field.


    Preferred:
    Adaptability to take on diverse responsibilities and respond to the dynamic needs of the business environment.
