    We are a family owned restoration company, and we do work that matters - we build trust with our clients when they have water damage in their homes. And you get to be the one who is ensuring that our key team members get to where they need to be, when they need to be there, to ensure our clients are cared for.

    We don't require logistics experience, though it is a plus We are primarily looking for someone who excels at multitasking, prioritizing, and communication, and loves the chaos that can involve coordinating logistics

    What would I be doing?

    • Set the daily appointment schedule for sales and mitigation team members
    • Adjust schedules and appointments throughout the day as various needs arise
    • Communicate urgently estimated times of arrivals with other team members
    • Other duties may be assigned

    • Able to thrive and excel in a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong multi-tasking and task prioritization skills
    • Able to communicate effectively under pressure (in a fast-paced environment)
    • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Organized and detailed
    • Comfortable using technology and various software
    What does compensation look like for the role?
    • Base salary ranging from $42,000 - $48,000
    • Benefits include:
