The Admissions Coordinators role is to guide potential clients and their loved ones through the process of starting the treatment journey.

You will be an important part of our team, ensuring that clients admitting are qualified and prepared for treatment.

Admissions Coordinator Requirements
To be considered for the Admissions Coordinator position, you will need:

  • Prior sales experience required
  • Systems and technology proficiency, experience with CRM and CCS preferred
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team

Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Provides information to clients and families in order to help them decide about treatment, prepare for admission, and what they can expect to encounter
  • Qualifies potential clients according to criteria set forth by the company
  • Obtains client information and ensures clinical, medical, and financial criteria are met
  • Maintains accurate data and confidentiality in admissions system platforms
  • Arranges admission to the program including logistics and case management needs
  • Obtains, summarizes and analyzes trends in order to create admissions reports
  • Accepts new tasks as needed when they arise

Pay:
$50,000-65,000 annually
