    Description
    Ultimate Staffing is working with a company seeking an HR Manager.

    As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and promote a positive work environment.

    Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with department managers.

    Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and promote engagement and retention.

    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

    Lead employee relations initiatives to foster a culture of trust, respect, and open communication, and address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.

    Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career growth and advancement.
    Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, and administration of employee benefits plans.
    Oversee HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing HRIS systems, and preparing reports and analytics for senior management.
    Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
    years of progressive experience in HR management roles, with demonstrated expertise in all areas of HR management.
    Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations and experience managing compliance in a complex legal environment.

    Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with employees at all levels of the organization.

    Proven track record of implementing HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
    Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
