What You Need:

A high school diploma or equivalent.
To be able to communicate effectively in English.
To be able to frequently stand and walk.
To be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
To be able to bend, twist, squat, kneel, stand and walk throughout shift.
To be at least 18 years old.

The Primary responsibilities of the
Custodian:

To ensure Safety is the #1 priority at all times.
General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Disinfect commonly used items, touch point areas like door handles, office tools and phones.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, clean windows, dusting
Cleaning and stock restrooms, breakrooms, and common office areas.
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling bins.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with mínimal supervision.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
Other duties, special projects as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities currently.
