Legal Intake Professionals, or LIP, isn't just another answering service for lawyers. We provide legal intake services for law firms. That's it, that's all we do. And we're good at it too. We have developed a reputation for quality client intake service, and it's all thanks to our talented, caring legal intake experts.
We are currently seeking polite, caring, and professional specialists to work closely with other team members to provide Legendary Service to our clients' callers. The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude, be customer service oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy talking to people daily. Our jobs require people that are very detail oriented. We handle calls for a large number of accounts and so there is always a lot of activity and new challenges to face and resolve daily Previous experience in the customer service industry is also preferred, but NOT required --- we will train You
This is an in office position.
Your job will be receive incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer. You will need to set the tone and pace of your calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Compensation: $20 / Hour with perfect attendance.
Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 / Hour.
Shifts Offered:
Training will last approximately three weeks, Mon-Fri from 8a-12p or 4p-8p. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule.
