- Manage a portfolio of 1:many SMB customers
- Maximize customer retention metrics
- Become a MyShopManager product expert and use this knowledge to guide customers towards their desired outcomes
- Identify, track and improve the health status of each of your customers
- Make sure that customers fully leverage MyShopManager through strategic, value-driven engagements
- Develop best practices for customer growth/retention to ensure ongoing customer success
- Communicate major product updates and releases, ensuring the client enacts changes based on need, interest, and goal alignment
- Help build and refine processes to successfully engage a large book of business through 1:many communications efforts
- 1-3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a 1:many and/or SMB environment
- SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and communication skills
- Proactive mindset and excellent time management skills
- Quick-learner and can work effectively in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- Marketing and/or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- A foundational understanding of technology and software integration
