    Sound like you? We're in search of a talented Director of Internal Communications to join our Marketing Department. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, this position is based out of Addison/Farmers Branch, TX (across the street from the Galleria Mall) and would join a team to support 125+ gym locations that are currently open or coming soon across nationwide.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage internal communications strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment with the brand's mission and values.
    • Unique opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications plan, including messaging, channels and tactics, to ensure consistent and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications, liaising with department heads, managers, and frontline staff to gather input, share updates and address concerns.
    • Create and distribute internal communications materials, such as newsletters, memos and announcements, to keep employees informed about company news, initiatives and events.
    • Support with organization and facilitation of internal events, meetings and training sessions to foster a sense of community and teamwork among employees - and of course lead communications for these events.
    • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement employee communication programs, including onboarding materials, performance reviews and recognition initiatives.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications efforts, soliciting feedback from employees and using data analytics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure that internal communications align with brand guidelines and values, maintaining a consistent tone and voice across all internal communication channels.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in internal communications, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance the employee experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or related field.
    • 7+ years' work experience including as a leader in communications.
    • Experience in the fitness industry and/or a strong interest in health and fitness.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
    • Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under multiple tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently while following direction as needed, and can manage projects from inception to completion, providing updates to upper management and stakeholders.
    • Experience regularly working and interacting with multiple Team Members, upper management, vendors and partners in a professional and empathetic manner.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • Driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
    • Proficient in MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
    • Great sense of humor, upbeat attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.

    Compensation: $110-$125k annually
