Here's what you'll be doing:

• Input orders and issue POs to vendors. Work with freight companies or vendor to secure best freight cost and delivery for customer.
• Account Coordinators provide exceptional customer service and followup, keeping internal and external customers informed throughout the process.
• Assist Sales Team and customers by communicating to ensure deliveries and installations run smoothly.

• Have a strong understanding of verbal, written and digital communication skills.
• Enjoy working independently and with a team, taking initiative to solve problems.
• Are a clear and concise communicator who can build trust with customers.
• Are an organized team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, doesn't get upset when problems arise and are an independent, problemsolving thinker.
• Familiar with how CRM/ERP systems work and be computer/tech savvy.

• Pay: $50,000 to $57,000 a year (depending on experience)
