    Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.

    Overview:Soliant is seeking a passionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to join our early intervention team. This itinerant role involves working across multiple preschool sites, providing specialized instruction and support to young children with developmental delays and disabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide individualized and small group instruction to preschool children with special needs in various locations.
    • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each childs specific needs.
    • Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and progress.
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to create and maintain a supportive learning environment.
    • Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each child.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction as necessary to ensure optimal development.
    • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and insight into the childs development and educational needs.
    • Stay current with best practices in early childhood special education and incorporate them into daily practice.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
    • Valid Pennsylvaniateaching certification in Special Education.
    • Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs, preferably in an early intervention setting.
    • Strong understanding of developmental milestones and early childhood education principles.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to travel between multiple preschool locations as required.
