We are currently seeking a National Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) for a renowned company in Zarrentin am Schaalsee.

Your responsibilities as a National Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) include:

  • Providing timely and high-quality customer support
  • Building long-term partnerships with customers through professional customer service
  • Conducting commissioning, service work, and error diagnostics for the entire product portfolio within the country
  • Training users and instructing operators and maintenance personnel
  • Field service assignments to support customers
  • Documenting customer service assignments

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training
  • High level of technical understanding
  • Extensive product and application knowledge
  • Ability to recognize and understand complex relationships
  • Good knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics desired
  • Willingness to travel and a Class BE driver's license
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and MS Office
  • Fluent in German, basic knowledge of English desired
  • Moderation and presentation techniques
