Our client, a real estate development and management company based in Erlangen, is seeking a full-time lawyer (m/f/d) for direct placement as soon as possible.

This position will be 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing construction projects from acquisition to the end of the warranty period
Acting as the point of contact for all questions related to construction and architectural law
Drafting contracts
Providing inhouse legal advice on all legal matters
Contract management
Change order management
Warranty law
Preparing internal decision proposals and feasible solutions
Assisting with legal proceedings

Requirements:

Completed degree in law (2nd state examination)
Relevant professional experience in private construction and architectural law as well as public construction law in a law firm or as an inhouse counsel with law firm experience
Willingness to travel
Ability to work interdisciplinary with technicians and business professionals
Strong communication skills with a confident demeanor and negotiation skills
Independent and responsible work ethic
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
