    Job Responsibilities and Duties:
    High School Diploma
    Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
    Reviews financial statements
    Warehouse production
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Outlook, Excel)
    Monitors processes for inbound and outbound deliveries
    Maintain shipping documentation
    Knowledge of raw materials and production processes
    Cost, inventory and quality management
    Production management
    Production scheduling
    Shipping/receiving
    Oversee and manage daily operations of the company
    Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals
    Supervise and provide leadership to a team of employees
    Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion
    Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed
    Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy
    Determine staffing levels and assign workload
    Maintain a safe work environment
    Must promote and maintain excellent customer service skills.
    Lead and coach team to solve problems.
