    The Rental Advanced Production Manager is responsible for creating a high performing operational environment in which the team is focused, motivated, and inspired to achieve team objectives.

    This is a 24 month long leadership development program designed to get you ready and prepped to become a Rental Production Manager (program outline listed below).24 month Program-First 3 months- Production Manager training3-7 months- Spend time as a Stockroom Supervisor8-12 months- General Production training on all 3 shiftsAt 12 months- Candidate will need to get certified (includes panel interviews and a written assessment to make sure they are ready to run the Production Department)13-16 months- Operational excellence, (train on the run efficiencies and turn time training at other facilitiesOnce you become a Rental Production Manager, you are accountable for developing a high performing team, overseeing all plant operations in a location, and ensuring on-time delivery of products that exceed our customer expectations, service and quality standards, and positions Cintas as the leader and best in their industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Customer Experience - Actively works with the Sales and Service teams conducting plant tours, setting appropriate expectations, resolving quality issues, etc. to ensure Cintas is positioned to grow and retain business.
    • Partner Experience - Creates an environment that allows Cintas to sustain a highly motivated, engaged, and diverse workforce where partners feel supported and want to do their best work.
    • Safety and Risk Management - Creates, promotes, and sustains a culture of world class safety. Ensures production department operates in compliance with internal corporate audit requirements and all corporate policies. Ensures the organization's safety, health and environmental systems and protocols are implemented in the production department. Successfully implements and maintains all aspects of the safety scorecard and the fatality prevention program. Engages partners in safety and ergonomic improvements helping to eliminate injuries. Participates in monthly Safety Improvement Committee (SIC) meetings and leads by example as a location leader in safety and health.
    • Leadership - Creates and communicates the vision and strategies that will lead to long-term growth and organizational success.
    • Communication - Collaborates with General Manager and all other department leaders to ensure the production team is working toward shared location goals and achieving key performance indicators while supporting all company and location visionary efforts. Develops personal relationships with key stakeholders to provide them with the necessary resources to service and exceed customer expectations. Maintain positive lines of communication between Production team & the location Service team, as well as any Branch leadership, & SSR's through effective implementation & execution of key initiatives and programs, weekly/monthly participation in service meetings, quarterly route rides by Production leadership, weekly calls & quarterly Branch visits to include Production Manager, Supervisors & Stockroom Supervisor as appropriate.
    • Talent Acquisition - Effectively attract and retain talented supervisors, and hourly production staff.
    • Talent Management - Maintain a fully staffed team of talented diverse partners that ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are achieved. Builds a high performing production team by ensuring that the team is focused, motivated, and inspired to achieve team goals and objectives.
    • Performance Management - Oversee and manage the performance expectations of all partners within the team. Ensure all performance reviews are on time and provide feedback and coaching that will allow partners to grow and develop. Holds partners consistently accountable.
    • Partner Development - Provides individualized coaching and feedback to partners specific to leadership competency development to always ensure an adequate bench of talented supervisors.
    • Reliability - Works in concert with the Group Engineer to oversee all location capital expenditure projects. Ensures compliance with all local city, county, state, provincial, & federal regulations surrounding water treatment, waste disposal & environmental regulations & reporting. Follows up on and ensures maintenance staff is on task with repairs, preventative maintenance, projects, and budgetary items. Accountable for all building and equipment maintenance and outside property care.
    • Quality - Ensures quality standards are maintained in alignment with customer expectations and product is consistently upgraded through proper planning and budgeting monthly.
    • Expense Management - Creates and works within a budget. Consistently reviews the WOR, income statement and general ledger and adjusts as necessary to meet financial objectives. Effectively manages all key inputs to ensure appropriate inventory levels of product are always maintained. Manages the standard product line for the location.
