Join our local team and use your personality and expertise to help elderly and dependent individuals live in their familiar environment.


We are urgently looking for a personnel officer to support our team of over 100 caregivers with applicant management and employee leadership.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


As a personnel officer at Home Instead, you play a crucial role in ensuring that all employees responsibly implement the Home Instead concept.

You will carry out measures to recruit new caregivers and take on the following tasks:


  • You are responsible for applicant management
  • You conduct employee meetings
  • You support our trainees
  • You organize trainings and development opportunities
  • You contribute to the development of educational programs for caregivers
  • You assist with payroll processing

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • Completed commercial training
- with further training as a personnel officer (m/f/d)
- or personnel specialist (m/f/d)

  • Willingness to learn a new, innovative system
