Your responsibilities:


  • Order acceptance and processing
  • Sales support for the field sales team and related correspondence
  • Coordination of logistical special services, handling of complaints and projects, and preparation of credit notes
  • Telephone support and advice for our customers
  • Independent sales conversations in telephone sales
  • Appointment coordination, administrative and controlling tasks
  • Followup and coordination of internal working groups and projects
  • Preparation of evaluations and reports

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk
  • Experience in inside sales or telephone sales
  • MS Office and ideally SAP R/3 knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, assertiveness, and flexibility
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Friendly interaction with our customers
