    The Role

    Join us at our exciting new store opening in Grand Central in early August. We're looking to hire enthusiastic individuals to join us starting in early July, helping us prepare for our big launch. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of our growing family and make a mark right from the start

    At this time, we're on the lookout for a Retail Supervisor (Full Time) who will be working in our newest Midtown location in Grand Central.

    What you will be doing

    The primary purpose of the Supervisor is to assist with managing the store to improve commercial performance by leading and motivating the team to consistently deliver an excellent customer experience. You'll implement best practice retail methods and prioritize brilliant communication. You'll use your leadership talent to ensure colleagues and customers alike are supported and have a great experience in store.

    What we are looking for

    To be successful you'll have proven ability to lead your colleagues. Retail experience is essential and ideally key holding experience a retail environment too. You'll have the ability to deliver sales, lead by example, and have experience in increasing performance using KPIs. We are looking for someone who has the ability to build quick rapport with colleagues and customers, and who can lead with empathy and adaptability.

    Who we are

    Once upon a shirt, Nicholas Charles Tyrwhitt Wheeler had the notion that he could make a better shirt at better value than anyone else in the world He believed that all men; no matter their shape or size, where they may be in the world or indeed their budget; should be able to own a Jermyn Street quality shirt.
