    Description
    Dunmor is a direct lender for residential and multifamily real estate investors.

    We specialize in senior debt financing with products such as bridge loans, value-add loans, new construction loans, and permanent portfolio loans for our borrowers nation-wide.

    As a FinTech commercial lender in


    rapid-growth mode , our differentiation strategy is employing technological integration into our processes in order to enable an efficient lending experience for both our clients and our internal team.

    With deep capital partners and institutional investment backing, we are looking to originate $1b in loans over the next 12 months.

    Responsibilities:


    Fully evaluate and document evaluations in describing the real estate collateral, its condition, its current and projected use; describing the source(s) of information used in the analysis; describing the analysis and supporting information; and providing an estimate of the real estate's market value, which includes an "as is value†and "after repair value†with any limiting conditions.

    Ability to understand and comprehend architectural building plans, or city/ building permits.

    Ability to comprehend and identify any gaps in a line-item construction budget according to the scope of work from client.

    Experience with understanding zoning codes.
    Complete valuation requests as they are submitted and transmit completed. This includes residential and commercial.
    Select and coordinate third-party real estate evaluations through appropriate vendors for subject property type.

    Coordinates internal evaluations on real estate properties to accurately estimate the market value with an "as is value†and "after repair value†for financing purposes.

    Monitor pipeline reports to determine the status of all loans and act to alleviate any potential problems.
    Review third party appraisal reports for any inconsistencies or corrections needed.
    Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 3-5 years working in real estate lending or similar experience in a real estate legal capacity.

    High level of organization and detail-orientation.
    Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
    Strong knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

    Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines, always with a good attitude and focus on getting it done.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Skilled in collaborating across a start-up environment with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and propriety loan system.
    Ability to work with little supervision and take ownership of responsibilities.
    Ability to comprehend a Phase 1/ 2 Environmental report.
    Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Real Estate Agents would be preferred.
