    MRK Partners is looking for a dynamic Acquisitions Analyst to handle property valuations and investment analysis in LA. About the Company:
    MRK Partners is a real estate investment and asset management firm specializing in affordable housing preservation and development nationwide, aiming to create a secure home and supportive community for all.

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Develop financial models for investment analysis.
    - Analyze property financial data and conduct due diligence.
    - Research demographic and economic trends.
    - Review rent and sale comparability studies.
    - Establish underwriting assumptions and cash flow projections.
    - Present valuation strategies and pricing recommendations.
    - Manage valuation pipeline.

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, economics, or real estate.
    - 2+ years experience as a financial or acquisitions analyst in real estate.
    - Knowledge of real estate and Asset Management.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting apps.
    - Experience with Work OS and RealPage software a plus.
    - Salary range: $70,000-$80,000.
