- Supervising a team providing business systems support
- Leading incident management and process improvement
- Developing operational procedures and guiding analysts
- Building relationships with customers and service providers
- Measuring support effectiveness and continuous improvement through metrics
- Managing asset inventory and IT platforms
- Generating management reports and ensuring service level agreements are met
- Providing leadership to team members, including staffing and career development
- Assisting in strategic support initiatives and project management
- Coordinating change management processes
- Identifying and resolving common problem areas
- Maintaining policies and procedures for system changes
- Supporting the adoption of new technologies and software
- Ensuring effective communication of issues to internal and external stakeholders
- Managing software licensing requirements
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of Service Desk or Network Operations Center experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in IT
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with ITIL processes and hybrid IT operations
- Leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory environment
- Knowledge of hardware and software deployment tools
- Ability to communicate technical issues effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with help desk platforms is a plus
- Experience managing diverse teams
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a team environment
