- Ensure accurate recording of receivables and payables.
- Record daily cash receipts and post ledger entries.
- Assist with development and maintenance of operational accounting procedures.
- Provide support to the accounting team with assigned tasks.

- Bachelors degree in Accounting is required.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated success with bookkeeping, accounting and AP/AR, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with multiple software packages desired, including ERP systems and sales tax software.
- Proficiency in Excel required; Word and PowerPoint proficiencies desired.

We are seeking a Full-time, Exempt Staff Accountant to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. This position will assist with all daily, weekly, month-end, and year-end accounting functions; perform reconciliations; and assist with month-end, and year-end financial reporting.
