    Cosmetic Procedures Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager.

    Responsibilities
    • Oversee and Operate all operational aspects of the business
    • Small practice your will be the first point of contact and last for all patients.
    • Create strategic and operational goals and objectives and execute them all
    • Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
    • Full front desk tasks, phones, reminder calls, ringing up customers, up-sales and more.
    • Quickbooks experience
    • Oversee and preform inventory control
    • Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
    • Examine financial data and budgets and create financial forecasts
    • Rent out rooms to subleases
    • Spin down blood and package for postal
    • Bill minimum insurance
    • Chase down outstanding accounts
    • Must have experience working with Drs
    • Must work efficiently and calm under pressure.
    • Help in system change
    Qualifications
    • Previous experience as an Operations Manager is preferred
    • Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and
    • Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Knowledge of health care practices and financial principles
    First 2 weeks of training $25
