    Für unsere Standorte suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Lean / BPE Engineers (m/w/d).

    DEINE AUFGABEN

    Analyse definierter Standorte in Bezug auf die Ausschöpfung wirtschaftlicher Potentiale in Zusammenarbeit mit der Standortleitung und dem operativen Team

    Analyse von Abrechnungsmodalitäten, Kostenstruktur, Materialfluss und Produktionsleistungen sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

    Untersuchung der Logistikprozesse auf Ineffizienzen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Prozessingenieur

    Abgleich tatsächlicher logistischer Strukturdaten mit den vertraglichen Vereinbarungen

    Ausarbeitung von Vorschlägen (operativ, kaufmännisch, organisatorisch) zur Verbesserung der Profitabilität des Standortes

    DEIN PROFIL

    Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technik/Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Logistik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

    Mindestens 3 – 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistikbranche, bevorzugt in der Kontraktlogistik

    Erfahrungen im Lean Management und Projektkoordination

    Erfahrungen in der Prozessplanung und -optimierung (Lean)

    Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse

    Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse

    Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

    Führerschein der Klasse B

    Hohes Maß an selbstständigem und strukturiertem Arbeiten und hohe analytische Kompetenz

    Kreativität und Belastbarkeit
