    Service Admin role will be fast paced, yet very repetitive work.

    Typical Day:

    Will open/unlock the store and get the front organized for customers

    In the back shipment receiving/parts room, will line up tools that need to be checked in to be fixed by the Technicians

    FedEx will stop by throughout the day (multiple times) to drop off parts for the tools that need to be fixed or drop off tools that need to be fixed - this person will receive parts and enter them into inventory system

    Drop off the invoice paperwork to the technician to verify the correct parts have arrived

    Customers can walk in at any point during the day at will call to check in their tools or for pick up, this person will assist the customer, document their needs, talk through the issues, and take any tools that need to be fixed (could be anywhere from 10-20 customers/day)

    Organization of the parts room

    Will answer phone calls throughout the day, and call customers when tools are ready to be picked up (5-10 calls/day)

    Could be lifting 50 lbs by themselves (but can always ask for help if they cannot lift it)

    Will be on their feet most of the day

    Skills & Qualifications

    MUST HAVE:

    -Bilingual in Spanish - verbal, just needs to be able to have a conversation in Spanish with the customers (80% of clients are bilingual)

    -Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word (i.e. making a spreadsheet to make things easier for them)

    1+ year of customer service experience - can come from a retail background (Call Center backgrounds may not be as successful in this role)

    -Someone who is: punctual, reliable, self-starter, needs minimal supervision, organized, and has great customer service skills

    -Someone who is comfortable being on their feet for most of the shift
