    Description

    Join our dynamic and innovative wealth management firm that is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future. We are seeking a talented and ambitious Wealth Management Associate to join our team with the opportunity for rapid advancement to the Vice President level within 24 months.

    As a Wealth Management Associate with Lemnis Capital, a division within Equitable Advisors, you will work closely with senior wealth managers and financial advisors to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to high-net-worth clients.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    Assisting in the development and implementation of financial plans tailored to clients' goals and objectives.

    Conducting investment research and analysis to identify suitable investment opportunities for clients.

    Monitoring and reviewing client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.

    Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.

    Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional wealth management solutions and strategies to clients.

    Fast-Track Promotion Path:

    Our Fast-Track Promotion Program is designed to accelerate your career growth and provide you with the opportunity to advance to the Vice President level within 24 months. Through a combination of hands-on experience, mentorship, professional development, and performance-based criteria, you will be on a fast track to leadership and success within our firm.

    Qualifications:

    A four-year college degree is preferred but not required and relevant professional FINRA securities registrations are a plus

    If you do not have the following, you will be required to attain them under the sponsorship of Equitable Advisors: state life and health licenses, FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 registrations

    Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter who possesses integrity, a strong work ethic and the desire to help others plan for and protect their financial futures

    Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with a high degree of self-confidence

    Ability to draw upon past/present experiences and acquaintances to develop markets and sustain long-term relationships

    Want to run a team of Financial Advisors through coaching, mentorship, and professional guidance

    Must be authorized to work in the United States
