- Efficiently gather client information and materials to facilitate smooth recruitment and fieldwork processes.
- Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment and fieldwork progress, anticipating and resolving issues to exceed client expectations.
- Demonstrate expertise in various research methods and approaches to meet diverse business needs.
- Conduct one-to-one interviews with research respondents via telephone and face-to-face, and develop group moderating skills.
- Independently develop presentation frameworks and contribute to presentation slides.
- Confidently present project debriefs to clients.
- Experience in market research within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
