Position Summary


This is a consulting opportunity for 6 months, with the right to renew or convert to a full time role.


The Global Head Talent Management Consultant is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, development and execution of organizational effectiveness and talent management programs aimed at advancing the mission and enhancing business results.

This consultant will partner with the ETS leadership team and key stakeholders to ensure the development and advancement of an empowered, values-driven workplace culture, and actively plan for, address, and forecast future talent and culture needs inclusive of change management.

Overall, this Consultant will offer timely, forward-thinking counsel on all issues related to the organization's use of talent and culture in support of its mission.


Responsibilities

  • Evolve the company's Talent architecture into a cohesive and effective ecosystem with emphasis on Talent Identification, Career and Succession Planning, Performance, as well as accelerated Talent Development and Learning, in service of the business growth strategy.
  • Design and leverage a robust talent management philosophy, strategy, processes and the required leadership and HR business partnering capabilities to ensure the right people in the right roles at the right time.
  • Create robust talent assessment approaches that can be applied by organizational leaders and effective succession and career planning at scale in a complex enterprise.
  • Develop and implement talent strategies, approaches and processes linked to business needs and objectives to effectively manage strong succession planning and longterm projections of talent gaps and leadership needs.
  • Influence leaders across the organization to adopt and promote the talent management framework and practices, ensuring that the annual process yields output that drives highly effective Succession and Talent Plans to be reviewed by the highest organizational levels.
  • Define a framework for employee learning and organizational development practices across the company globally that accelerates readiness of successors to the most key roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic talent partner to the VP HR and company Leadership.
  • Partner with Leadership Team to provide support on matters such as succession planning, and development of team members.
  • Create leadershipmanagement development plans and training programs.
  • Build a culture that fosters high performance and professional development.
  • Partner with Diversity & Inclusion colleagues develop talent strategies.
  • Form collaborative relationships with HR Business Partner team, Total Rewards team, and Talent Acquisition team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to Organizational Development
  • Lead a small team of individual contributors, and be responsible for allocating financial and human capital for programs and projects
  • Adhere to ethical standards & comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function

Experience and Skills:


REQUIREMENTS:


  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or business Management is required; master's degree in business/organizational development preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of total business experience, with at least 10 years of relevant Human Resources experience is required.
  • Successful experience in creating and implementing organization and talent strategies is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of leading proven human resources/human capital management principles and practices including those pertaining to talent management and organizational development, such as talent assessment, succession planning and learning & development is required.
  • Global experience is preferred.
