Description

Creating People Records.

Setting up and managing accounts to ensure only authorized users with the appropriate permissions are granted access.

Troubleshooting basic incidents and escalating to a Remedy engineer as needed.
Performing foundation data updates following established procedures.
Reviewing logs and system performance following established procedures. Reporting anomalies using the incident management process.
Performing patching and deployments under the guidance of a Remedy Engineer.

Required Skills & Experience

Active Secret clearance
3+ years Remedy administration experience with BS Degree or 5+ years direct Remedy administration experience without BS Degree
Ability to use BMC Remedy logs and dev studio to troubleshoot complex workflow issues

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
