- Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing to validate system performance and troubleshoot any issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test reports.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize and improve system performance through iterative design and testing.
- Compliance: Ensure that up/down conversion systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to ensure the seamless integration of up/down conversion systems into larger systems.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RF and microwave technology to drive innovation in our products.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to other teams during system integration and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing up/down conversion systems for RF and microwave applications.
- Proficiency in RF simulation and design tools (e.g., ADS, Microwave Office).
- Strong knowledge of RF components and their characteristics.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to RF systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) for automation and data analysis is a plus.
