- Stay abreast of trends in DNN architecture design through the latest academic research, assessing the impact of different topologies on both software and hardware design.
- Analyze DNN workloads on our hardware and software stacks.
- Define, model, and optimize algorithms for DNN compilers and kernels to enhance DNN workloads on our hardware.
- Implement algorithms for mapping workloads onto our hardware.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Software Architecture.
- Expertise in Parallel programming.
- Very strong C/C++ skills.
- Experience with CUDA.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience with PyTorch, successfully deploying models into production.
- Knowledge of performance and memory tuning.
- Ability to benchmark and optimize efficiently.
- BS in a STEM field (preferably EE or CS); candidates with an MS or equivalent experience will receive preference.
- In-depth understanding of algorithms and numerical analysis.
- Familiarity with low-level software drivers and kernel.
- 4+ years of software development experience for products and/or enterprise.
- Knowledge of compiler design and development.
- Experience with large/complex applications, including adept code manipulation and issue optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to triage and resolve critical tech issues independently.
- Proficient in code versioning tools (such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN).
- Familiarity with continuous integration.
- Knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX is beneficial but not mandatory.
