Description
At Satechi, we are an award-winning consumer electronics brand, offering cutting-edge tech products and accessories, where innovation never stops. We are looking to hire a Latin America Sales Manager to join our growing sales team.**This could be a contract position or a permanent position with Satechi. We are open to out of state candidates, preferably in California or Florida.
What you will be doing:
Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategy to grow the business in Latin America.
Build and manage relationships with distributors and retailers to expand the company's market presence.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and effectively prepare for expansion into additional market segments.
Leverage competitive intel, market data, and trends to identify and secure sales and expansion opportunities.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of all Satechi's products, services and competitors.
Collaborate with product and technical managers in order to develop clear and concise product and service strategies/business plans for both current and future targeted markets.
Provide accurate and timely business forecast on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for both potential and current customers.Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability, target and identify potential new markets.
Demonstrate proficiency with all current sales, marketing and administrative tools, including CRM and other sales revenue tracking software.Provide ongoing leadership and training to network of global distributors and independent sales representatives.
Develop and manage country-specific pricing, promotions and program strategies.
Up to 50% international travel
What we are looking for:
Excellent communication and collaboration skillsin English and Spanish
Must have the ability to determine customers' needs through a consultative process and to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within assigned accounts, including technical contacts within the R&D departments and executive levels.
Forecasting capabilities must be highly developed as well as the ability to create other reports accurately and on time as required.
6-8 years of sales experience, including the LATAM market.Proven experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies on a global scale preferably with a global consumer products brand.
Must have a proven track record of developing business with major business accounts with strong international relationships.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Working knowledge of CRM software.
Comparable record of sales leadership and revenue generation in and outside of the United States.

The base pay range for this position in is $110-120K annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
