Solar Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Sales team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with strong leadership skills to make a significant impact in our organization.

ProSolar Sales Manager duties and responsibilities:

  • Utilize Zoho CRM to manage the sales process, oversee and facilitate the transfer of projects from the Sales Department to the Operations Department
  • Schedule and Hold weekly team meetings designed to help the Prosolar Sales Team to improve personally and professionally
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new ProSolar Sales Representatives
  • Managing and directing the performance of the ProSolar Sales Team
  • Overseeing local sales, promotions, and campaigns
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally
  • Preparing sales forecasts and projections
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on vital quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Contributing to determining price schedules and promotional programs
  • Advising and upholding the Prosolar Sales Team on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
  • Making datainformed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Setting sales quotas and goals
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans
  • Qualify and educate potential customers on Solar
  • Participate in weekly team meetings designed to help you improve personally and professionally.
  • Businesstoconsumer outside and virtual sales consulting and fullcircle project management
  • Properly prepare for appointments by building Solargraf proposals and energy audits.
  • Employ Zoho CRM to record pertinent data relating to prospective customers' site quality and financial qualifications.
  • Teach and Train the Prosolar Sales Team to conduct an effective, powerful, and educational clientspecific presentation that results in a positive experience at every appointment.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales appointment and revenue goals.
  • Teach and Train the Prosolar Sales Team to maintain Leads, Opportunities, and all interdepartmental communications using Zoho CRM.
  • Teach and Train the Prosolar Sales Team to maintain and immediately update notes on all client appointments using Zoho CRM.
  • Confidently discuss options and close contracts.
  • Teach and Train the Prosolar Sales Team to provide customer service and generate referral sales.
  • Prospect for potential leads to generate a pipeline.
  • Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for each project
  • Participating in companyled events to prospect and generate sales.
  • Participate in the company's training and meetings
  • Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client base
  • Represent ProSolar Group's brand and perform at PSG's standards
  • Stay educated on the newest solar energy products and technologies
  • Expected to be available six days a week, including nights and weekends

ProSolar Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Solar experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Sales Experience is a must
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Management in the solar field
  • Knowledge of Solargraf a plus
  • Constructively contribute to the growth of ProSolar Systems
  • Work well with upper management, colleagues, and subordinates
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Experience using a CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Utilizing all sales platforms along with adopting new sales tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
  • Planning, organization, and problemsolving skills
  • Advanced time management skills
