    This job has a commission meant to supplement your base salary.

    Marketing Operations Assistant is an entry level position with potential for growth into either Marketing Manager, Sales Manager or Project Manager depending on preference and performance.

    This is a full time position with the following responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the design of marketing materials including fliers, door hangers, and mailers.
    • Coordinate with Sales Manager to determine target locations for marketing campaigns
    • Carry out simple marketing operations such as passing out the door hangers in designated neighborhoods
    • Speak with homeowners and set appointments for the Sales team
    • Once jobs have been approved, help the Project Manager by setting up documents for the permit
    • Receive signatures from clients for permits and proposals in person and record NOCs at the Recorder's Office

    Absolutely no experience is required. Our team will train you in the programs necessary to design simple marketing materials, the selection of communities for Marketing Campaigns, the basics of roofing so that you're capable of speaking with homeowners and answering basic questions, and the permitting process.

    This position is best suited for a young, ambitious go getter who wants to learn more about the construction industry and get the valuable experience required to move up in bigger construction companies or even right here at Reggae Roofing. This job will train you from the ground up to gain the knowledge necessary to become an Estimator or Project Manager or even Marketing Manager of any construction company. The job carries with it several incentives, such as the commission on Appointments that are made as a result of the Marketing Campaign, and paid time off. This position is also meant to be an entry level position. It's expected that you will "graduate" beyond this position after a year to a better position within the company.
