    Overview

    Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Treasury Team.

    This role provides a unique ability to collaborate with all areas of the organization (Operations, Accounting, Tax, Sales, Engineering, etc.), lead company initiatives independently or with a team, and provide analysis to support decision-making across all levels of management.

    Responsibilities

    Provide varying levels of financial analysis to support business initiatives:

    International entity profit and loss reviews
    Collaborate with project managers on cost expenditure and budget performance
    Review impact of foreign currencies to financial statements and international pricing

    Help establish the annual Capital Budget plan and forecast annual expenditures
    Initiate and lead cross-functional discussions to identify and resolve cash-related issues
    Drive Treasury related projects - consolidations in banking, improve internal banking services, cost improvement and efficiency opportunities, to drive technology improvements banking practices
    Contribute in developing the annual cashflow forecast and monthly cash variance reviews
    Support and lead preparation of the Quarterly Board of Director written reports
    Actively manage the Company's investment portfolio and explore future investment options
    Support with Treasury compliance and risk management
    Assist in managing day-to-day banking operations and processing payments

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting – with a minimum, cumulative GPA of a 3.0 for all degrees earned; MBA or CFA in active pursuit is preferred
    Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or finance (experience in corporate treasury is preferred)

    Experience and proficiency with:
    Microsoft Office, JD Edwards and SAP financial systems
