    Overview

    Lutron is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our sales operations function out of our Corporate Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this role, you will support the entirety of Lutron's international sales organization by applying your keen financial acumen and proven system skills to develop and track our sales forecasting and expense budgets to goal. Through your efforts, you will be leaned upon to deliver high value and quality financial insights to senior leadership that will help drive our sales efforts across the globe. You will leverage your ability to work cross-functionally to aid in data-driven business decisions between domestic and international team members. These business-critical regions will look to you for tracking performance metrics and profitability reporting.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop monthly sales forecasts and expense budgets for all international selling regions
    • Create content and run monthly financial review meetings for international sales teams
    • Communicate variances to plan, forecast, and prior year performance to finance and international sales teams
    • Be the point of contact for international sales teams for ad-hoc finance and analysis requests
    • Report and analyze foreign exchange trends and the impacts on the regional businesses
    • Analyze individual project profitability and assist sales leaders on final negotiation strategies
    • Design and construct sales reporting within the Salesforce platform
    • Deliver high quality, value-added financial insight to senior management through ad-hoc and self-developed analysis
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree; accounting or finance preferred
    • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00
    • 3+ of relevant experience
    • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management software platforms such as SAP
    • COGNOS & experience preferred
